St Paul’s Way Trust School has become an All - Through School, 4-19 to include an Infant and Primary phase. We are looking to appoint enthusiastic individuals to join our Lunchtime Supervisory Team at the Foundation school and the Trust school.

The role requires you to help supervise and take responsibility for the health, safety and security of children during lunch times.

For the role at the Foundation school an excellent understanding of caring for young children and the ability to role model manners and language to support children as part of our family dining ethos is essential. The ability to work effectively as part of a team for the benefit of the children is also required.

Successful candidates will have a passion for working with young children and enjoy planning and participating in extracurricular activities. Good levels of literacy and numeracy are vital.

We are a heavily over-subscribed ‘through-school’ and National Teaching School, with ‘Outstanding’ provision (Ofsted, March 2013). If you would like to play your part in taking outstanding provision for our students to the next level, and leading students and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes possible, we would very much like to hear from you.
