To help improve our customer experiences further, we are looking for a proactive and service focused Customer Delivery Officer to join our busy and fast paced Council tax and NNDR team.
The team deal with resident and customer cases and enquiries via phone and email dealing with all aspects of the role from:
- Special payment arrangements
Particularly busy due to Covid 19 effecting so many people and businesses we want someone who understands, listens, and can show empathy to customers and businesses alike giving advise and support.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: -
