Joint Service Manager Wokingham Older People's Mental Health Service Wokingham

The Joint Service Manager post is based at Wokingham Hospital and is responsible for managing the Older People's Mental Health Services on behalf of Wokingham Borough Council and Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The post is responsible for managing the Memory Clinic, Home Treatment Team and the Community mental Health Team

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and innovative manager to lead and deliver the integrated Mental Health Services for Older People in Wokingham. The post holder will work with senior colleagues in the service to lead a team of multi-disciplinay professionals on behalf of Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and Wokingham Borough Council. The service comprises of a Memory Clinic, a Community Mental Health Team and a Home Treatment Team.

You will need a relevant professional qualification and be registered with the appropriate regulatory body for your profession. You will have a proven track record of working in older peoples mental health services and in managing and supervising staff. The post holder will be responsible for managing the service budgets and for ensuing that there are systems in place to meet the performance targets for both organisations.
