Job introduction

We are seeking to appoint a confident and experienced Individual Needs Assistant (INA) to work with children with complex needs. 

Paid weeks per year: 46.94 inclusive of holiday entitlement

Fixed term: Until 31st August 2021

Start date: As soon as possible

 

 

About the role

This post requires high quality 1:1 support input for children with EHCP’s. Candidates for this post will need to demonstrate their resilience, ability to use their own initiative and strong understanding of behaviour management.  This is a fixed term contract attached to the children with a possibility of renewal.

Previous experience of supporting children with SEMH needs in a primary school setting is desirable.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
