This is a new and exciting role to design, shape and deliver the Customer Experience Strategy for Wokingham Borough Council. The role will require leading cross functional engagement across the Council to drive the execution of the organisations overall customer experience goals. Our strategy and direction will be informed by you and your department’s development, analysis and interpretation of insights, developing breakthrough ideas, innovative programs and executional excellence which will turn our vision into reality.
You will bring customer journey management (CX) experience from concept to adoption, with an understanding of front-end and back-end development and design, and a data driven approach. Critically, you need to be able to use this early insight to successfully influence key stakeholders within the Council in order to implement the necessary changes to achieve that end goal.
