At F&HDC our mission is to invest for the next generation and deliver more of what matters. We’re currently working up an ambitious Corporate Plan which will set our priorities over the next 10 years.

This role focuses on providing legal advice, negotiating and drafting documents relating to property (some knowledge of planning law and s106 agreements would be an advantage). This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role helping us deliver our goals; making a difference to our community.

In order to be successful you will need to be an experienced lawyer with an excellent working knowledge of property law and associated contracts. You’ll also have a sharp eye for accuracy and the ability to manage a mixed caseload, priorities and deadlines effectively. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships within the team and the wider organisation are essential.
