Variable hours available, including evening and weekends – (equivalent hourly rate £23.00 - £32.10) Pro rata salary £21,687.00 - £30,226.00 (including London Weighting) Classes are delivered at a range of venues across the borough.

Waltham Forest Adult Learning Service is the local authority’s direct provider of adult education and work-based training. Officially rated as “Good” following our OFSTED inspection in July 2016, we are on a journey to “Outstanding.”

We are expanding our team of employment lecturers to run a variety of exciting new courses supporting residents in finding work. The role will involve planning and delivery of short pre-employment programmers and supporting individuals in workshop sessions. You will also work closely with our project manager to plan and deliver custom-designed courses for our partners and local employers.
