Job introduction

This is a great opportunity for a Health and Safety professional to help us transform and improve our safe systems of work in our City Parks service. We would welcome applications from someone from an operational background who understands how a parks service or similar operates.

About the role

This job requires someone who is prepared to work alongside staff and managers to develop and deliver new systems and new ways of working, embedding them for the future.

This post requires a qualified/experienced health and safety professional, ideally with some knowledge of operational/manual work environments ideally Parks/Outdoor work.

Fixed term for: 2 years to assist in setting up Health and Safety systems in the City Parks service.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
