Who you are…
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3
- Experienced in leading and supporting a team operationally
- Have a positive attitude to disability and an understanding of the purpose of advocacy
- Experience of Person Centred Planning and Health Action Plans
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to prioritise own and others work, and motivate staff members to be the best they can be
- Able to work flexibly as part of a rota to include weekends, bank holidays and evenings.
