The role of Fostering Practice Manager involves leading and managing the Fostering Service in Central Bedfordshire Council.
We are committed to providing a consistently great service to our looked after children, and this role is central to our vision of an outstanding service for children. We seek a leader who will help us take the Fostering Service to the next level through a programme of Transformation so that we can recruit, retain, and supervise even more skilled foster carers for our children. This will involve building on the significant strengths within the service and leading system wide change in collaboration with key stake holders.
You will be responsible for ensuring that practice is child centred, inclusive and comprehensive. You must be an experienced SWE registered social worker, manager, and leader. Experience in fostering practice is required.
