Our service has an integral role in resident, business and visitor perceptions of Brighton & Hove and is fundamental to the success and attraction of our city. You will lead the improvement of our IT systems to improve the customer experience of residents using our services and to increase staff satisfaction and morale by giving them the right tools to do their job.
