The Role

Lewisham Homes is an ambitious and growing organisation managing 19,000 homes on behalf of Lewisham Council. Do you have great people management skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement through excellent customer service delivery? If so then this could be the opportunity for you. We are looking for a Housing Team Leader who can lead, manage and inspire staff to deliver efficient services and enhance life chances for our residents. You will be managing a team of Housing Officers who undertake viewings and lettings of properties, manage changes and breaches of tenancies, deal with reports of nuisance and support vulnerable residents to sustain their tenancies. You will need to be able to:
  • Lead, manage and coordinate a team of Housing Officers to provide a high quality, customer focused Housing Management service.
  • Ensure performance targets are met and continuously improve the service.
  • Build effective professional relationships with internal and external partners to enable a joined up approach to tackle problems.
