Salary Range: £27,741 pa progressing to £34,728 pa (pro rata for part time hours)

Contract: Fixed Term/Secondment for 12 Months
Are you passionate about people? Do you understand the integral role people play in successful change?
We are looking for someone with knowledge and experience of change management or associated (project management, HR, organisational development) techniques, but more importantly with a proactive, people-focussed approach to their work, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Supported by the wider team, much of your time will be devoted to supporting managers with assessing change requirements including engagement, communications, analysis and behaviour change across a range of complex business change projects.
