An exciting opportunity has arisen to undertake a varied and fulfilling role as part of the Facilities management team.
The role will play a central part in supporting the daily operation of a large office building and other local sites. Duties will include the support for visitors and employees on site, health and safety monitoring, minor repair work and general handyman duties.
This is a practical role and highly customer focused and makes a positive impact to the daily operation of the Council. You will need to be flexible and able to prioritise a demanding workload with an ability to work from your own initiative and problem solve.
Core hours will be between 6.30am – 10pm Monday to Friday, but working patterns must be flexible to meet obligations. Following training this role will also participate in an out of hours standby rota.
