The Governing Body at London Meed Primary School in Burgess Hill, West Sussex are looking for a strong candidate to fill the recently available post of Head Teacher.
We are a two form, Local Authority Maintained Community Primary School with a Special Support Centre for a maximum of 11 children with a statement for a Speech or Language difficulty. Children at our school are happy and well behaved.
London Meed has undergone a significant amount of change and improvement in response to our Ofsted RI grading and we are extremely proud of the achievements made.
We are looking for a Head Teacher who embodies our school values of Bravery, Community, Curiosity, Resilience and Respect to continue to develop and deliver the remaining programme of change and improvement required. You must be an inspirational and involving leader who will continue the progress already made to move to an Ofsted grading of Good initially, and laying the foundations for Outstanding in the future.
You will work alongside an experienced and active Governing Body, a team of dedicated and talented staff and supportive parents.
