Woking Borough Council is recruiting a Home Independence Manager within the Community Services function in the Health and Wellbeing team.
Applications are welcomed from experienced managers who have skills and expertise, working within the local authority, health or social care setting, developing staff teams, delivering partnership working, developing new models of service delivery and championing innovative projects at senior level. You must be confident to drive through change, considering different models of service delivery.
The Home Independence Manager is a new senior position which will bring together the Community Meals, Independent Support and Social Prescribing teams to provide an holistic service, working closely with colleagues within the Borough, NW Surrey CCG and the County to deliver joined-up services that meet the needs of local residents, the Health and Wellbeing priorities of the borough and the wider determinants of health.
