Risk Information Analyst

Based at Derbyshire Fire & Rescue HQ, Ripley, Derbyshire

Derbyshire Fire & Rescue Service (DFRS) is looking for a Risk Information Analyst. You will be responsible for the managing the Gazetteer and the delivery of core information to the mobilising system to ensure effective mobilising of DFRS resources to incidents. You will have the responsibility to analyse risk information and utilise it to deliver working solutions to support the day to day operation and improve the effectiveness of DFRS.

You will require experience of managing and manipulating data, a structured and logical approach, advanced MS Excel or Access Skills along with a working knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Previous experience of working with an addressing Gazetteer and associated management software is desirable.
