Social Work Practitioner (Level 1)

This is an exciting opportunity for vibrant social workers to join us within our adult teams, supporting cases in our Long and Short Term Team.  The nature of the work is challenging and professional resilience is key to the Social Work Practitioner role.

We are looking for people who can build positive relationships at a number of levels and bring enthusiasm, creativity and passion to the service.  You will need to be highly organised with excellent communication skills.

In return we can offer you the opportunity to genuinely make a difference to some of the most vulnerable people in our community and we can promise you that we will value and use the experience you bring from your professional background.

If you are motivated, reliable and able to work autonomously and find creative solutions for the people you work with, then you are the Social Worker who we want to work for our flagship organisation.

You must be registered as a Social Worker with the SWE (Social Work England) or a newly qualified Social Worker awaiting SWE (Social Work England) registration.
