Willowtree is a short break children's home for young people aged 8 to 18 with learning and physical disabilities. Willowtree has been rated as "Outstanding" with Ofsted for the last 6 years and a new Registered Manager is required to continue to drive the service forward.

In this role you will lead on the development of the home and deliver the best outcomes in partnership with families and key stakeholders. You will manage and offer leadership to Deputy Managers, Team Leaders and the staff team in order to develop the team. You will ensure practice is in line with statutory and regulatory requirements and children are supported to develop to their full potential. You will ensure that the service maintains a minimum of "good " with Ofsted.

You'll need to hold the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management or an equivalent qualification and have a minimum of at least 2 years in a similar management role over the past 5 years.

You will need a proven track record of supporting services to develop and of supporting services through Ofsted inspections.

Above all you will be looking to improve the way we engage with our young people, families and key to ensure they are at the heart of everything we do.
