In a unique role funded jointly by North East Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group and North East Lincolnshire Council, we are looking for a flexible, hardworking and dynamic individual. Someone who can work at pace and with enthusiasm as services for children and young people continue to transform, ensuring that children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities are included in education and society; to develop their independence; and to achieve the outcomes that are important to them to lead successful and fulfilling lives.

It maintains highly positive working relationships with schools/academies and with a range of other professionals and agencies as well as with children and young people and their parents/carers.
