Fixed Term – 12 months
As part of our critical and ongoing COVID 19 Operations programme, we are looking to recruit a fixed term HR Generalist to support our Resourcing team in providing timely, accurate and customer focused advice on all HR issues including, terms and conditions of employment, disciplinary, capability and grievance procedures, and policy and process development.
The role would suit an experienced HR generalist able to demonstrate an ability to manage a busy caseload through to completion.
You will be operating in a fast paced environment and will need to have strong communication skills engaging with stakeholders across the organisation along with a can do approach and sound knowledge of employment law, which will be essential to enable you to provide a proactive service to our internal customers.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to be part of our Resourcing and Response team and you will be pivotal to the success of delivering our 12 month resourcing objectives to support our COVID response.
