Visitor and Event Coordinator

This is an exciting time to be joining Skipton Town Hall! the venue is in the final stages of a major £5m redevelopment and will reopen as a cultural hub for the Craven area this spring. 

Home to a grand Concert Hall performance & events space, museum & education Facility, and exhibition gallery, as well as Craven’s Cultural Services Team – the venue is a place where culture, heritage and community meet, and which will provide a host of opportunities to experience, participate and be inspired by a range of creative and cultural activities. 

We’re now seeking to add to our team with a Visitor & Event Coordinator role, to enable us to achieve our ambitions and deliver our programmes. 

We are a small but dedicated, collaborative and happy team, looking for someone passionate about exemplary visitor experience to help us to welcome, inform and host our visitors. 

The role is diverse, busy and rewarding – working as one of two Visitor & Event Coordinators at the heart of the building - and includes ensuring excellent front of house presentation, providing visitor information, supporting the retail and private hire offers, and helping to deliver the performance & events programme.
