If so, then we are looking to recruit 2 Apprentices who will work to support our committed team in Customer Services based at the Civic Centre.
As a Customer Advisor Apprentice you will be given all the necessary training, support and first-hand experience required to complete your NVQ Level 2 in Customer Services.
Part of your duties will include Reception work, scanning & indexing documents and responding to enquiries both face to face and telephone.
