To start Summer Term 2021 - NJC Scale PO1-Pt 27 – PO3-Pt 35, £31,346 - £38,890 plus £626 Outer Fringe allowance pro rata (in line with NHS Agenda for Change Bands 6)

This is an exciting opportunity in a relatively new and growing residential special school academy.
We are looking to appoint an experienced Nurse (School experience not essential) to join our nursing team, who is:
Passionate about working with vulnerable children and young people.
Is enthusiastic and flexible in their working practice.
Will work effectively as part of the whole school team.
Parkwood Hall is a residential and day school for pupils aged 8-19 years with moderate to severe learning difficulties and other complex needs including autism and language difficulties. We are passionate about creating a culture of wellbeing where all staff and pupils are valued and supported so that we can all ‘grow, learn and flourish.’

We are looking to appoint an experienced and compassionate nurse to join our dedicated and friendly school, to work to deliver the best possible medical care for our pupils and staff on a daily basis. This is a varied and challenging post which would suit a Registered General Nurse who loves working with children and will have experience either within a school environment or working with children and young people. This role is to provide not only medical care, administering medication, but also to provide key support to residential and day staff to meet the needs of the students. This role is term time only and salary will be based on qualification and experience.
