Waltham Forest is a rapidly growing borough and the successful candidate will play an integral role in helping us to achieve our ambition to ensure that everyone has a decent roof over their heads. You will lead and oversee the development, delivery and implementation of the housing department's key strategic partnerships both internal and external, this will include managing the borough’s Tenant Management Organisations, the Housing Association Compact and developing the capital program through use of the right to buy receipts and joint venture partnerships.
