Teaching Assistant required from April 2021

£19,312 - £21,748 per annum (SCP005-011) plus SNA Allowance £1,324 per annum
The Governors are seeking to appoint a committed Teaching Assistant with the ability to work across the primary age range.
Applicants must be highly motivated and willing to work as part of a team.
The successful candidate will be working initially in EYFS but experience of both KS1 and KS2 would be desirable.
This is a caring Church of England School and applicants must be willing to promote and support our Christian values and ethos.
The successful candidate will need to be an outstanding classroom practitioner who is able to nurture, inspire and motivate children. He/She must be able to work with the class teachers in their phase to drive standards and help children to reach their potential. He/She will be able to work independently to provide support to small groups, deliver interventions under the supervision of the class teacher and show initiative in supporting learning and maintaining a productive learning environment.
