MiCare Support Workers

Would you enjoy working in the Rutland community?  We are looking for reliable staff to support the team in helping prevent hospital admissions and support discharges from hospitals.  A full induction and tailored training programme with be provided, in addition to pay enhancements for weekend and bank holiday working……..

About the role……

Working within the Community Support Services, you will get the opportunity to experience the roles within the MiCare set up supporting a wide range of service users. Some evening and weekend work is required to meet the needs of the Community Support Service. Due to the nature of the role, some elements of physical work such as moving and handling and delivering personal care will be required.


The successful applicant for this post will be subject to an enhanced check by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). We will pay for the cost of the DBS.
