This is a development role and is ideal for someone who has recently completed their CIPD level 5 and is looking to progress their HR career, or someone with significant generalist HR experience who is working toward their level 5 qualification.
You will support positive employee relations, including attendance and health and wellbeing, and will have experience of HR casework. You will also be involved in implementing organisational change, transactional processes, recruitment, and HR projects.
