We’re looking for a driven, ambitious and creative Sales Manager to play a key role in delivering our impressive sales program. Our pipeline is one of the biggest and most varied in both the Affordable Housing sector but also rivals that of many private developers. With a peak of 1,000 Shared Ownership homes for sale and 400 private sale homes each year over the next 5 years, this is a big challenge.
In this role, you will be reporting to the Head of Sales and you’ll be managing a team of Sales Executives and a Sales Assistant to deliver our sales program of Shared Ownership and private sales. You’ll be directly responsible for managing external sales agents where employed on specific projects. Working collaboratively with our Marketing Managers, you’ll ensure that the sales and marketing strategy for each scheme is fully optimised to deliver a fantastic customer journey.

To support your onsite teams you’ll need to be prepared to work two Saturdays every month and some evenings as required. You’ll be an innovator who strives to make the best solutions work. This role is demanding and is crucial to our long term success. Driven and commercially astute, you’ll have experience of sales in a property setting ideally new homes, with knowledge of the property sales process including Shared Ownership. You’ll have developed and honed your people management skills having previously managed teams. Overall, you will be target orientated and customer focussed while being a good motivator who can inspire positive performance in others.
