The Sandstone Trust is seeking to appoint a committed, professional and enthusiastic person to manage the Trust’s estates function across all its schools. You will be an experienced professional with a proven track record:
- of facilities management within large complex sites
- preparing capital grant applications
- managing large capital projects
- of managing health and safety across a range of locationsThe successful applicant will report to the Trust’s Director of Finance and Operations. You will have direct line management responsibility for the estates team across all phases of the Trust’s operations, secondary and primary, and will have responsibility for all aspects of facilities management across the Trust. You will also have a key strategic role to play in the further development the Trust’s estate function to meet the business’s operational requirements as the Trust grows over time.
The Sandstone Trust is a Multi-academy Trust based in the heart of Cheshire, and comprises Tarporley High School and Sixth Form College, Eaton Primary School and Tarvin Primary School. The Trust also plays a lead role in the Cheshire Vale Teaching School Alliance , which is based upon the Tarporley High School and Sixth Form College Campus.
