Job Title: Business Support Officer
Team: Business Improvement & Modernisation Team
Salary Range: £25,481 pa progressing to £27,741 pa
Hours: 37 per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Hertfordshire County Council’s Business Improvement and Modernisation Team (BIM) for a highly motivated and dynamic Business Support Officer. The information and analysis we provide to the directorate is fundamental in understanding how our services improve the quality of life for tens of thousands of people across Hertfordshire.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the team to deliver on its key objectives. The post requires excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise, manage workloads and meet multiple deadlines. Outstanding attention to detail is an important part of this role as you will be working with our Performance Team and the survey collection data, identifying concerns from survey feedback, actioning appropriately and analysing the information received. You will also be given the opportunity to support, contribute and potentially take responsibility for elements of projects which are managed by the Team.
