Housing Futures: A Decent Home for All 

As an Insight & Service Improvement Officer you will proactively contribute to identifying continuous improvement initiatives, developing business intelligence to identify changes and solutions, which improve the resolution of Members Enquiries, FOIs and complaints across Housing Operations on a day to day basis for our customers.

You will have specialist knowledge and experience of data analytics and an ability to carry out in-depth analysis including qualitative and quantitative and insight reporting.

You will be an effective team player with excellent communication skills to support correspondence with customers, report writing and statistical work
