Tenancy Officer

Salary NS8:  £24,491 to £25,991 per annum

Tenancy Officers are at the frontline of our high-quality, innovative housing services: working closely with tenants and residents to ensure our communities are safe, happy and sustainable places to live.

You will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality tenancy services including tenancy sustainment, enforcement and involvement. You will ensure relevant legislation and good practice is followed and work alongside other agencies to support our tenants.

With excellent knowledge of social housing issues, experience in tenancy and estates management and dealing with members of the public, you will also hold a HNC in Housing, or equivalent, with membership of the Chartered Institute of Housing desirable.

We require the post holders to work flexibly in this role to achieve positive outcomes for our tenants and the business in the most efficient and cost effective manner.
