Reviews Officer PO3:
Homelessness Review Service is looking to recruit enthusiastic, experienced Reviewing Officers, who have the skills and commitment to deliver a high quality reviews service.
The purpose of this role is to complete s202 Housing Act reviews and part 6 of the Housing Act 1996 reviews to a high quality. To ensure full compliance with the statute, case law and good practice. To ensure that the Reviews service is customer-focused and efficient, to protect the service from litigation and to ensure customers receive the right decision, within target deadlines.
The successful candidate will have a detailed knowledge of the relevant legislation, case law, codes of Guidance.
You will be able to communicate at an appropriate level with all service users. You will draft complex decisions. Make recommendations where service improvements have been identified. You must be IT literate, able to analyse information and reports in various forms.
