Finance Business Partner

 This is an 18 month fixed term contract.

This Finance Business Partner Role sits within our Corporate Finance Team and its purpose is to undertake a role in the budget and service planning process.  You will provide financial support and help to manage budget and service planning, budget monitoring and closure of accounts for Directorates, 

As part of the Corporate Finance Team you will contribute to the continuous improvement of the finance function, specifically the quality of our financial data and the integrity of our financial systems

You will be fully involved in the process for the production of the annual accounts and successfully gaining an unqualified opinion.

To be shortlisted to interview for this position your application will clearly evidence:

  • Experience of working within a financial management environment.
  • A knowledge and understanding of public sector accounting best practice
  • AAT qualified or equivalent level of experience
