Assistive Technology Marketing Officer
Salary Band D, £22,183 - £25,481 per annum
We are looking for someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills who will be an effective member of the team with a flexible approach to their work and the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a busy team. The successful candidate needs to have detailed knowledge of assistive technology solutions and have the confidence to market assistive technology options to potential customers and stakeholders including those in the voluntary sector.
We are keen to build on the positive direction of travel of our Assistive Technology Service and refresh the marketing plan in which the successful candidate will play a key role in terms of further developing and delivering this service. They will also need the ability to collect and analyse feedback and performance data to accurately inform future service recommendations.
As a team, Housing Management focuses on delivering high quality service and the successful candidate must be confident in dealing with a range of customers both over the telephone and face to face with particular emphasis providing clear advice to customers sometimes of a complex nature as the role is the initial point of customer contact for the Assistive Technology service.
