Premises Manager

Humberston C of E Primary School has a dedicated team of friendly staff and pupils who uphold the school’s ethos and values and are looking for a like-minded team player to join us and lead our Premises Management as soon as possible. 

If you are passionate about premises and facilities management, are resourceful and you have a positive "can do" attitude, then this may be the perfect opportunity for you. The successful candidate will demonstrate a keen interest in maintenance and DIY, an awareness of Health and Safety, will oversee security arrangements, and above all, ensure that the premises are well maintained and fit for purpose. 

You will have a small team of cleaning staff who you will oversee and support, and on occasion picking up and helping in these areas as required. You will need to be someone who is not afraid to get into the day-to-day workings of a school. Good communication and team-working are essential, as is optimism and a good sense of humour.

Visitors comment how welcoming our school environment is and how clean and tidy our Premises are and our children are polite and hard-working. Our pupils feel safe and happy and look forward to coming to school each day. 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a strong staff team and play a pivotal role making a real impact on the outcomes of our pupils.
