Administration Officer – Revenues and Benefits
Grade 2, £18,562 up to £18,933 per annum pro rata
37 hours per week, up to 9 months temporary contract
We have an opportunity for someone to join the Leicestershire Revenues and Benefits Partnership team. The Partnership is a Shared Service comprising of the Revenues and Benefits departments from Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council, North West Leicestershire District Council and Harborough District Council.
To be successful you must have previous experience of working in an administrative role and be able to work well as part of a busy team. You must be able to work quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy. You must be able to use a range of IT software systems including Microsoft Office suite or equivalent. You must be also be able to work in a paperless office and have a flexible approach to your work.
The successful candidate will be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing in a variety of challenging circumstances. You will play a key part in making sure that our service meets and exceeds its high performance standards whilst maintaining excellent standards of customer care. You will be subject to a DBS standard check.
