As a Senior Performance and Improvement Officer, you will be responsible for leading on the design and implementation of the directorate Workforce Strategy, be the lead for the Step Up to Social Work Programme, representing the local authority on key strategic regional partnership meetings and be involved in developing new and innovative workforce initiatives to support recruitment and retention.
We are looking for someone who can join a fast-paced, enthusiastic team which works to implement and drive projects and programmes across Children's Services. You will ideally have experience of designing and supporting continuous improvement and organisational change, successfully managing projects and able to interpret, analyse and present information to inform decision-making.
