We are offering an opportunity to play a central role in the work of WECA as we support the region’s recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic. As a Senior Policy Manager within WECA’s Policy & Strategy Team, the successful candidate will work flexibly across projects liaising with colleagues across the organisation and in central and local government to deliver on the West of England’s regional priorities.
You will have a broad knowledge of the national and regional policy agenda, with a keen understanding of how economic evidence shapes policy and strategy. Comfortable leading on a significant policy agenda, you will be able to use your strong negotiation and influencing skills to shape policy for the region. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you. For an informal discussion, please contact Rachel Pykett, Service Lead, Policy and Strategy, email@example.com
This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract
