Admin Assistant - Front of House
The Governors wish to appoint an organised, motivated, flexible and committed Admin Assistant to work in our busy school office three days a week. Applicants will provide general administrational support to the school, under the guidance of the School Business Manager. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the Front of House, in addition to communication with parents - face to face, email, text and phone.
Paid weeks per year: 44.85 inclusive of holiday entitlement
Start date: As soon as possible
About the role
The successful applicant will use their own initiative, as well as their experience and knowledge to deal with differing queries and make decisions to carry out tasks effectively. The successful applicant will have good communication skills and a friendly disposition in order to liaise with colleagues, pupils, visitors and others, both face to face and over the phone. The successful applicant will have a good level of computer skills and support the Catholic vision of our school.
Applicants must have good inter-personal skills in addition to good numerical, literacy and computer skills.
