Job introduction

We require an Administrator to support business operations in our busy nursery with children aged 6 months to up to rising 5's. The job is at the heart of a vibrant team and the role is rewarding. We are looking for an Administrator who has a Level 3 qualification, or degree, or studying towards AAT or substantial experience in relevant discipline.

About the role

We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience of administrative work and Experience of successfully using a variety of IT systems. We would like to employ someone who is able to be enthusiastic and customer focussed in a busy environment.  

The role is to support the operations of our nursery, which offers education to children aged from 6 months to 5 years in our ‘Explorers’ and ‘Adventurers’ rooms. The role will include health and safety monitoring duties, supporting early year practitioners with administration in the rooms, managing databases and assisting the fee collection process.

Working Hours

37 hours per week - 9am - 5:00pm Mondays and Fridays but there is some room for negotiation.

Additional information

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
