OFFICE MANAGER
We are seeking to appoint a self-motivated, flexible and skilled Office Manager to meet the demands of a busy school office.
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the admin office and managing a team of reception, clerical and reprographic staff ensuring a professional and effective administrative service for all areas of the Academy. You will carry out a range of administrative and tasks and be responsible for management of various reports.
The successful applicant will be suitably qualified or have the relevant level of experience in both ICT skills and admin/office management. Experience in SIMS the Academy’s management information software is desirable however training will be provided. The willingness to become a first aider is essential.
