Client Support Assistant

Do you want to kickstart your career with an exciting entry-level position in our product and marketing team?

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Client Support Assistant to give our clients the best possible experience of our services. This is a great chance to gain an in-depth knowledge of public sector recruitment, as well as what's involved with supplying software platforms in a B2B market. You’ll also become an expert in how recruitment technology is used, supporting our customers with their queries about our system.

This job is perfect for someone looking to make the role their own, with the opportunity for personal development in resourcing, customer support and elements of marketing. No previous experience is required, but if you’re eager to learn, have a great work ethic and strong customer service skills, we want to hear from you.

The Role

Your main responsibilities will be ensuring that we give our customers the best possible frontline support on our software platform and that our service-based products are delivered to the highest standard. Using your strong interpersonal and communication skills, you’ll provide them with the best possible experience.

As well as becoming an expert on our recruitment system (ATS), you’ll play a leading role in delivering client products, such as uploading job adverts and creating display ads, ensuring they are processed on time and to a high standard. As you grow and develop in the role there will also be opportunities to learn and become proficient in skills such as pay-per-click advertising and copywriting for job adverts.

Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to get involved with our resourcing activities, performing candidate research as part of client recruitment campaigns. You’ll also support the team in delivering longlist material and help attract candidates to go on to apply for the role.

About You

We’ll expect you to have strong communication skills so you can accurately articulate any support given over the phone or via email. Additionally, you’ll need to be highly organised and able to manage varying workloads across the various tasks you’ll be set.

As this is an entry-level role, we’ll provide all the help you need to thrive in this role – all we want from you is the drive to learn and a genuine passion for helping people by delivering a high-quality service.
