This is an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Experience Team. The Team will be at the heart of the Council’s new Transformation Programme. Working with all service areas to look at new and innovative ways to deliver efficient and effective services to our customers through the use of technology. You will utilise customer feedback, along with research and analysis of a wide range of information to make informed recommendations for improvement, contributing significantly to the Council’s digital ambitions.
The successful applicant will have a passion for delivering high quality, efficient customer services through creativity and innovation. You will have experience in process mapping and redesign, utilising technology to deliver savings and improved customer experience. You will work well with others, easily able to form positive working relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders.
