If so, then this role could be for you. We are looking for an enthusiastic leader to join our team in our Mildmay's Team. You will lead your team to ensure that customers receive appropriate care as determined by their care/support plan.
This is a pivotal role in the management of our domiciliary care services in extra care settings. We are looking for managers with proven experience of delivering high quality, customer led care.
Experience of managing a team and organising daily tasks and workloads for Domiciliary Care Officer teams.
Proven experience in medication management from ordering to auditing Medication Administration Record (MAR) charts.
Care Coordinators must have the ability to complete Skills for Care induction
We are looking for individuals who are committed to making a difference to the lives of our customers through empowerment and positive goal setting and leading their team to meet the highest standards of care so as to achieve excellent CQC(Care Quality Commission) ratings.
Care Co-ordinators will take part in an on-call rota, which covers shift work that includes weekends, bank holidays.
