Permanent part-time post in term time only
24 hours per week (Thursday morning/other hours to be agreed)
Band G (£23541 pro rata) To start as soon as possible.

Brightwalton is a welcoming and successful village school, located in a beautiful rural setting in the Berkshire Downs. We are looking for a well-qualified, capable, enthusiastic and extremely organised Business Manager who will lead and manage the school’s finance, HR, facilities and Health and Safety functions.

The successful candidate will have:

 a proven ability of excellent financial management, working with computerised financial management systems / accounting software
 well-developed HR and facilities management skills
 high levels of self-motivation and adaptability, with the skills to work independently, prioritise and meet deadlines
 confidence with IT – a good working knowledge of a range of communication and payment platforms would be ideal
 a professional and flexible approach
