Salary: MM1 £38,946 to £49,818

X1 Permanent, Full time (36 hours) positions

We are recruiting! During 2020-21 we have redesigned our services and teams to ensure that we can deliver on our promise to residents to deliver, safe, sustainable and quality homes for the future.

We are now recruiting a number of exciting new roles across our Asset Management and Capital Programme teams, to support, design and deliver of our asset, building safety and sustainability programmes.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our capital programme team.

The successful candidate will provide a professional cost management and quantity surveying service to support the delivery of the Councils ambitious capital investment programme across its housing stock.

This role is key to supporting the team to deliver the thirty-year programme ensuring projects run to budget and represent good value for the Council.

Projects range from to high value deep retrofit schemes on high rise residential buildings, to non-complex large volume decent homes programmes.

We are looking for candidates who have experience of providing a professional cost management and QS function within the construction and refurbishment sector. Training and development is available for the successful candidate should they wish to become professionally qualified.
