In this role you will work within the Council's Minor Adaptation/Hospital Discharge Service and you will take the lead in arranging appointments, and efficiently delivering the operational installation of a range of adaptations, stock monitoring, maintaining tools/equipment etc and undertaking on site Risk Assessments as part of supporting the manager to develop & deliver the Minor Adaptation/ Hospital Discharge Service.
You will ensure we organise and prioritise referrals to ensure the work is completed within the agreed timescales and to the required standard.
You will deliver a service that efficiently delivers the installation of a range of adaptations to assist elderly & disabled clients to retain independence in their homes.
We are looking for someone with experience of providing excellent customer service in relation to elderly, vulnerable & disabled clients.
You will need to be qualified in driving and have experience working in private residences.
Your experience should include carrying out risk assessments of the area you are going to work in.
You will need a track record of using organisational skills to ensure that deadlines & timescales are met.
