Public Health are looking for a Falls Prevention Coordinator

Permanent - Part time

Interview date: TBC (Week commencing 10th May)

This post is an exciting opportunity to join the public health team in Brighton and Hove. The team is committed to making the city a place where people can age well, and to support this ambition you will be coordinating work to prevent falls and reduce the risk of serious injury. You will work with some great partners in the city council and with a diverse group of citywide organisations. 

You will be joining a public health specialist team who work on a whole range of health and wellbeing issues, from substance misuse and sexual health, to mental health, fuel poverty, and arts and health, and are always keen to develop innovative approaches. 

Your day to day work will encompass building and leading alliances for health improvement, coordinating and delivering citywide training, and leading on campaign work to prevent falls.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
